Condo Fees - Building #1 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 Some suites in building #1 are as much as $700 per month. This is due to an increase in Condo insurance and an increase in contributions to the reserve fund.
2017 and 2018 Only modest increases in condo fees in building #1.
2016 In building #1, Condo fees are around $500-550 per month depending upon the size of the unit. There are a couple of changes from last year's fees:
gone is the "double payment in July
part of this year's fees went towards new carpet that was installed in hallways on each floor in Spring 2016
2015 In building #1, Condo fees are around $400 - $450 per month with a "double payment" in the month of July. Beginning in January 2016 the "double payment gets removed. Instead of the double payment, it will be included in the monthly condo fees. As a result the monthly condo fees will go up to reflect this change.
Examples of what condo fees cover The condo fees include electricity, heat and water. A huge water heater serves all the suites in the building so there is no need for the suite owners to individually maintain a water heater. It is maintained as part of your condo fees.
Condo fees also include building maintenance outside suites, garbage pick-up, sewer, hallway vacuuming, lobby cleaning, snowplowing of the parking lot/driveway and landscaping of grass.
